Since joining Judd’s Glass and Mirror in 2019, Jessica has quickly become an important part of the team. By 2021, she had risen to the role of office manager, and since then, she has been the first and last point of contact for every customer, ensuring that each client’s journey is seamless from start to finish.


Jessica’s role at Judd’s Glass and Mirror encompasses a wide range of responsibilities. From the moment a customer reaches out—whether through an online inquiry or a phone call—Jessica is there to guide them through the process. She ensures that each project runs smoothly, from initial consultation to final invoicing. Her dedication to customer service and her ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously have earned her the respect and appreciation of both her colleagues and the clients she serves.


Under the new ownership, Jessica has played a pivotal role in driving innovations and improvements at Judd’s. She was instrumental in implementing a new phone service, enhancing the company’s social media presence, and organizing community events and fundraisers. These efforts have not only increased the company’s visibility but also strengthened its ties with the local community.


One of Jessica’s significant contributions has been the introduction of field management software. This system includes metrics that track and enhance the consumer experience, ensuring that Judd’s can continuously improve its service quality. Her ability to adapt to new technologies and her commitment to excellence have been crucial in maintaining Judd’s reputation for outstanding customer service.


Outside of work, Jessica enjoys a fulfilling personal life with her partner. They share a love for their furry friends and cherish spending time with family, both local and afar. Halloween stands out as her favorite holiday, a testament to her fun-loving spirit and creative flair. Additionally, she has a passion for good barbecue, reflecting her love for simple pleasures and communal gatherings.
